We’ll help you refine your concept if needed and make sure it works with your desired decoration method (embroidery, vinyl, patch, or appliqué).
✏️ Step 2: Design & Digitize
Once we know the vibe, we prep your design for production. If it’s embroidery, we digitize your artwork — this turns your design into a special file that tells our embroidery machine exactly how to stitch it out. For vinyl, we clean up and vectorize the art so it cuts cleanly. Every option gets its own TLC.

We’ll help you pick the right garment or item (a.k.a. the “blank”) that best fits the design and decoration method. Some styles hold embroidery better than others; vinyl loves smooth cotton. Want something oversized? Cropped? Minimalist? We’ll guide you to the perfect match.
🎯 Step 4: Sample + Approval
Before we run your full order, we run a sample stitch or test cut to make sure everything looks just right. You’ll get a preview — either in person or via high-res photo — and can request tweaks before we move forward.
